Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth
- Deliver outstanding wax services
- Willing to continuously improve wax skills and learn new techniques
- Educate clients in skin science, hair growth cycles, and client aftercare
- Maintain cleanliness in the studio and service room
- Proactively provide feedback to the store manager on issues and concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wax Specialist or in a similar role
- Certification in esthetics or related field
- In-depth knowledge of skin science, hair growth cycles, and aftercare
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work on variety of shifts, including weekends
- Ability to contribute positively to a team-oriented setting
